Based on a defined scope of work, our AV Engineering team will work to develop an executable system design through consultation with industry leading technology solution providers and manufacturers. System schematics, plans and elevations are formalized for client and project team coordination.

Our dedicated Project Managers and Coordinators work alongside our client’s Project Delivery team to ensure build activities are actioned with the given project timeline (surveying, cabling, installation, programming, commissioning, etc.). No detail is too small. Communication between the client, suppliers and other essential trades are maintained through the project process to ensure a proper and timely flow of information to all stakeholders.
AV Installations are executed by our in-house team of trained and certified AV Installation professionals. Upholding to our high standards for installation quality and finishes, installation is one of our core value-adds to a project of any size.

Our team of programmers deliver intuitive, user friendly interfaces that makes navigation and control of the most complex systems simply. ISF-Certified calibration standards, mean that every display (LED, LCD, Projection) is delivered to top industry visual standard.
Upon completion on installation and programming, system commissioning is led by GAV MGMT in conjunction with user training. Systems are delivered functional as built along with user training to enable our clients to be in control of their system.
GAV MGMT will continue to work and support installed systems as necessary. With both urgent and standard service, along with white-glove maintenance plans, we ensure our clients are supported through the lifespan of any installed system.
As part of our commitment to support our clients following a completed installation or large deployment, GAV MGMT offers both hardware and content management services that are headed by our Network Operations Centre.
