Immersive AV System Integration at Arcadia Earth
Arcadia Earth partnered with GAV MGMT to design and implement a fully immersive audiovisual environment that would serve as the backbone of its interactive visitor experience. Known for blending technology, sustainability, and art, Arcadia Earth required an advanced AV infrastructure capable of delivering multi-sensory storytelling through digital signage, projection mapping, and intelligent automation.
The system needed to support seamless visitor flow, responsive content engagement, and centralized management across multiple experiential zones—all while preserving creative flexibility and operational efficiency.
The client required a dynamic, multi-zone AV system to support digital storytelling, projectionmapped experiences, and interactive displays. Each room presented distinct functional and visual requirements, including synchronized audio, responsive visual content, and energy-efficient automation.
The solution had to accommodate highperformance media playback, immersive sound distribution, intuitive control interfaces, and integrated sensor technology for automated system behavior—all without compromising the artistic and thematic integrity of the exhibition environment.
GAV MGMT deployed a comprehensive AV system featuring Samsung commercial displays with built-in SoC (System-on-Chip) technology, allowing for MagicInfo content management across digital signage and interactive introduction screens. These displays provided reliable, networked content delivery while reducing external hardware requirements.
Audio was distributed using LEA Professional amplifiers paired with Martin Audio loudspeakers, delivering balanced, high-fidelity sound across multiple immersive zones. Two interactive projection mapping rooms were implemented using Optoma projectors and Datapath Fx4 video wall processors, with media playback powered by custom-built PCs. This configuration enabled dynamic, real-time content delivery that responded to visitor movement and engagement.
System control was handled through a Crestron platform with Apple iPad interfaces, offering staff centralized access to lighting, audio, and visual systems across the entire venue. Occupancy sensors were integrated into the environment to automate AV behaviors based on visitor presence, supporting energy-efficient operation and streamlined system performance.
All core equipment was housed in a custom-built AV rack designed for organized cable management, ventilation, and service accessibility.

System-wide automation through occupancy sensors and centralized control improves operational efficiency and reduces manual intervention.
