InfoComm 2025 gave us a clear picture of where the AV industry is heading—toward smarter ecosystems, built for real-world environments and designed to work at scale. As a national integration partner, we used this year’s show to deepen our understanding of the platforms, products, and innovations shaping the modern workplace.
Here’s what stood out across the show floor and why it matters for the environments we build.
Enterprise-Grade Control and Room Flexibility
Crestron introduced powerful enhancements to their AV-over-IP and control platform, including multiview capabilities with DM NVX, 100W USB-C power delivery over Cat cable, and advanced camera automation through Automate VX. These updates streamline deployment and improve user experience—key to standardizing systems across large organizations.
VuWall, in collaboration with G&D, unveiled VisionVS, a compact appliance that bridges video wall processing with KVM control. Combined with TRx 3.10, ControlVu, and a new Q‑SYS plugin, VuWall is making unified control-room workflows more intuitive and integration-ready.
Neat continued to evolve its hybrid collaboration portfolio, introducing features like dual Neat Center pairing, speaker framing, and controller-free BYOD experiences. With their expanded App Hub, Neat is creating more agile meeting spaces through frictionless device and platform integration.
Smarter Displays and Visual Infrastructure
Samsung revealed a bold, forward-thinking lineup that emphasized both performance and sustainability. Their ultra-wide 105” 5K Smart Signage, low-power Color E-Paper, and education-focused WAF Interactive Display highlight how content delivery is evolving. Meanwhile, VXT CMS and SmartThings Pro showcased centralized control and AI-powered automation for signage and device management at scale.
Planar expanded its LED portfolio with Pro, Slim, and Ultra Series video walls—each designed with ultra-fine pitch, high-brightness performance, and COB technology for environments ranging from retail to mission-critical operations.
Legrand AV demonstrated how robust mounting systems make large-format display deployments more reliable. Their ceiling, wall, and video wall mounts support clean installation, stability, and long-term serviceability—foundational to professional-grade AV environments.
Audio That Adapts to the Space
Shure, celebrating 100 years of innovation, introduced new components across their audio ecosystem, including Microflex loudspeakers, MXW neXt wireless systems, and Teams-certified IntelliMix Room Kits. With built-in DSP and AI enhancements, their solutions are engineered to deliver consistent, intelligible audio in complex collaboration environments.
1 Sound launched the Level Series, which includes compact, architecturally discreet loudspeakers and subwoofers like the L35, M35, SUB28, and SUB210. These products are tuned for musicality, directional clarity, and seamless integration into design-sensitive environments—ideal for hospitality, retail, and high-end commercial spaces.
Content That Drives Engagement
Screenfeed emphasized the importance of dynamic, data-driven content in digital signage environments. As a provider of licensed feeds seen across 150,000+ screens daily, their offering makes it easier to keep signage relevant, timely, and valuable—ultimately driving better engagement and ROI.
Our Perspective
Across every booth, one message was clear: AV solutions are becoming more intelligent, more adaptable, and more unified. The line between control, collaboration, and content is fading—and in its place is a single, cohesive user experience.
At GAV MGMT, that’s exactly how we approach integration.
We design systems that not only perform—but align seamlessly with how teams work, communicate, and engage. Whether it’s powering workplace collaboration, command environments, or branded digital experiences, we’re here to ensure technology is integrated with purpose.
A sincere thank you to all of our partners and manufacturers who shared their time, expertise, and insights with us at InfoComm.
We left InfoCom inspired and ready to build what’s next.
