GAV MGMT Wins Crestron’s Best Collaboration Experience Award

GAV MGMT is proud to be recognized with Crestron’s Best Collaboration Experience award for our work at the TD Terrace Conference Centre Spaces, delivered in partnership with the TD Enterprise Audio Visual Technology (AVT) team. This award recognizes the design, engineering, and execution of one of the most advanced enterprise collaboration environments in Canada.

Located on the 4th and 47th floors of TD Bank Group’s flagship TD Terrace workplace at 160 Front Street West in Toronto, the Conference Centre Spaces were designed to support the Bank’s hybrid work strategy while delivering a seamless, executive-grade experience for live events, leadership meetings, and board-level collaboration.

 From the outset, the mandate was clear: create spaces where digital equality is inherent, not optional. Every participant — whether in-room or remote — needed to experience the same level of presence, clarity, and engagement. Achieving this required a purpose-built approach that combined intelligent automation, broadcast-quality video, and an intuitive user experience.

As the lead systems integrator, GAV MGMT was responsible for translating this vision into a fully realized solution. Working closely with the TD Enterprise AVT team and Crestron’s 1 Beyond product engineering group, we engineered one of the most complex and sophisticated 1 Beyond deployments to date.

The result is a set of signature collaboration spaces that function as both an executive meeting environment and a broadcast-capable event platform. Intelligent camera systems dynamically adapt to speakers and room activity, while automation ensures a consistent, high-quality experience across a wide range of use cases — from confidential board meetings to large-scale live presentations.

“These are signature spaces for TD, and this project represents the very best of what collaborative engineering can achieve,” said our Vice President of Technology, Donald Nolan. “Our goal was to deliver an experience that feels effortless for users, while operating at the highest professional and technical standard behind the scenes.”
