The open and acoustically reflective nature of the atrium environment presented challenges in achieving clear audio distribution and consistent display visibility. The system needed to support high-resolution content playback, hybrid conferencing, portable audio capture, and compliance with accessibility standards.

GAV MGMT designed and implemented a professional-grade AV system anchored by two 98″ Samsung commercial displays, positioned for maximum visibility throughout the atrium. These large-format displays supported impactful content delivery for meetings, announcements, and brand storytelling.
To achieve balanced sound coverage, two line array speakers were installed at key points along the front wall, delivering clear audio across the expansive floorplate. Portable Shure wireless microphones enabled flexible audio capture for speakers and presenters, while a Listen Technologies assistive listening system ensured inclusive access for hearing-impaired attendees.
Cisco Webex telepresence integration provided high-quality hybrid collaboration functionality, allowing remote participants to engage with live events in real time. Crestron touch panels were installed to enable centralized, user-friendly control of all AV components, streamlining daily operation for internal teams.
